Simon Robson

Simon has been many places and done many things. He caught the animation world’s attention and upset some US marine cadets with his first short, ‘What Barry Says’. He brought together a cabal of ‘do good’ animation studios for the climate change film collaboration which was ‘Coalition of The Willing’. He’s made more commercials than he remembers, tending towards mixed media and live-action cross-over work these days. He makes music and still dreams of being a rock star. He’s presently ECD of Sixty40 in Sydney. He likes talking at design events and fears he likes the sound of his own voice a little too much. His work used to be all, ‘save the world’, now it’s all ‘Pay the mortgage’. Who will save him now?
